What is Morpheus8?

Morpheus 8 uses microneedles that not only penetrate deeper than traditional micro-needling devices but combine it with radiofrequency to deliver energy to the subdermal layer of the skin. How many treatments do I need?

Depending on your skin’s specific concerns, we will recommend one to three treatments.

What is the downtime and how soon will I see results?

Downtime for this treatment is minimal if at all. Redness and some swelling are expected (and ideal) during treatment and for the next one to three days. You might also experience taut and shiny skin or some minor scabbing and flaking for as many as seven to 10 days post-treatment. You may apply makeup after 24 hours. We ask that you keep hydrated and avoid elevated temperature, hot and/or steamy environments, and direct sun exposure for at least 24-48 hours.

The most notable results will start two to three weeks after treatment and will continue to improve in the following three months. We will typically recommend a series of treatments scheduled four to six weeks apart so you can expect continued firming and tightening for months after your last treatment.

Is it painful?

Our patients report minor discomfort. To ensure your visit is comfortable, we provide a topical numbing cream for you to take home at your consultation and ask you to apply it one hour before your Morpheus8 appointment. Our skincare professionals will ask for your feedback during treatment and will adjust to your comfort.
